Absolut Schokolade!

In Klammer steht jeweils meine verwendete Mengenangabe.

BASIC BROWNIE RECIPE

350 g softened butter
500 g sugar (300 g brauner Zucker)
150 g good quality cocoa powder (100 g Kakaopulver)
100 ml golden syrup (50 ml Ahornsirup)
1/2 tsp salt
6 free-range eggs
200 g plain flour

weitere Zutaten, die ich noch beigemengt habe:
300 g gehackte Schokolade, 70 % Kakaoanteil
100 g gehackte Walnüsse

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Cream the butter and sugar until white and creamy.
3. Add the cocoa, syrup and salt.
4. Mix the eggs, one at a time. Add the flour to the batter last.
5. Die gehackte Schokolade und Walnüsse kurz beimengen.
6. Place baking parchment on the bottom of a baking tin and fill the dish with the batter.
7. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Put a toothpick or knife in the middle; the cake should be a little sticky. Let it cool.
